Dosage: Start with 1 granule under your tongue let it dissolve – if no reaction you can increase your dose the next day to two granules.
If you experience no reaction you can increase the dose each day by 2-5 granules until you reach one teaspoon. Often the sensitivity is dose dependent so pay attention to your body. Symptoms you may be sensitive include: runny nose, itchy throat, teary eyes, tingly mouth or ears, headache, sweating. If you experience any of the symptoms or feel unsure, please contact your doctor.
You can also cut the dose and let the body adjust. When all is going well continue with 1-2 teaspoons a day.
