Application:

• Face mask:
  Smooth mask evenly over face and neck, avoiding the eye area.   Relax for 15-20 minutes. Wipe off gently with a soft cloth and warm water.

• On the body:
  Smooth evenly over your body (or aching joints). Relax for 20-30 min and wash off in warm water. (No need to use soap as the skin will be clean) Enjoy the relief and smooth skin.  If the skin feels dry you can moisture it with  our amazing Propolis Cream  

• On your scalp and hair:
  Smooth over your scalp and hair, relax for 20-30 min and wash off with warm water. You can use mild shampoo and conditioner if you wish. The mud will make your hair look healthy and shiny.
